In 2015 members of the arbitration community drew up a pledge to take action in recognition of the under-representation of women on international arbitral tribunals. The initiative is aiming for equal opportunity of female arbitrators in arbitrations.  On 18 May 2016, Patrizia Netal (Partner) participated in the launch of the Arbitration Pledge taking place in London and signed on behalf of KNOETZL.

Patrizia Netal is also a member of the Pledge Steering Committee.
