Patrizia and Philip addressed all relevant aspects of handling large volume cases in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution with particular focus on practical aspects e.g. choosing the appropriate dispute resolution tool, parallel forums (with particular focus on parallel criminal proceedings), forensic data analysis, structured risk evaluation / case assessment, asset tracing, conflict analysis, and composition of the team. Based on case studies, Patrizia and Philip engaged the multinational participants in high level discussions to that allowed the group to share and enhance their experiences.
