Elisabeth Rath is an Associate at KNOETZL specializing in international arbitration. Before joining KNOETZL in 2017, she worked as a Legal Trainee in a large multinational law firm in Vienna (2014-2017) in the Corporate Transactions Practice Group.

During her studies, Elisabeth did internships in various other renowned multinational law firms both in Austria and in Germany and thereby gained experience in the fields of construction law, corporate law, employment law and finance law as well as in international arbitration.

Elisabeth holds a law degree from the University of Vienna as well as a masters degree from Queen Mary University of London. She also spent two semesters as an exchange student at the University of Hamburg, Germany.
